100 Yorkville at Bellair Condominium

Thermal Pro Insulation was contacted to provide recommendations on building envelope solutions for this innovative and luxurious new condominium development, comprised of two residential towers, six townhomes, and retail stores.

Speed of application, high R value, combined with superior air leakage control was the key for this project using Walltite spray applied polyurethane foam insulation.

Thermal Pro was able to insulate multiple floors quickly and easily once steel studs, mechanical and electrical equipment were installed and inspected. The insulation was sprayed directly to the back side of the newly installed precast wall panels, typically at all floor levels.
