The Essar Centre, the new home for the Soo Greyhounds, was the cornerstone of Sault Ste. Marie's downtown revitalization. In the construction of this two-storey, 140,000 sq. ft. sports centre, Thermal Pro Insulation was awarded the contract to provide an insulation / air vapour barrier system. Walltite spray applied polyurethane foam insulation was applied to all exterior walls of the building behind brick veneer and prefinished metal cladding. This insulation project covered approximately 30,000 sq ft, with 3" of R-20.4.
