This $93 million project involves the construction of a new innovative campus-style youth justice facility, replacing the Toronto Youth Assessment Centre and the Invictus Youth Centre.

Thermal Pro Insulation was contracted to provide the building envelope using Walltite spray applied polyurethane foam insulation, along with all masonry through wall flashings and reinforced sheet membranes for detailing of doors and windows. The size and scope of this project, as well as onsite coordination with many field personnel has placed a large demand on effective communication. Speed of application in completing the building envelope is critical as tight construction deadlines challenge our crews daily.

150,000 sq. ft. of wall area will be sprayed to 3" (R-20.4) using BASF Walltite on all exterior walls throughout the complex.
