Thermal Pro provided recommendations on building envelope solutions for this 29 storey, 72 suite, elegant condominium building and four townhomes in Yorkville, which were quickly received after review. Speed of application, high R value, combined with superior air leakage control were key for this project. Walltite spray applied polyurethane foam insulation was sprayed directly to the back side of the newly installed precast wall panels, typically at floor levels.
